Product Design Leader

I lead and scale product design teams in complex, product-led organisations.

Currently, I’m Head of Product Design at Kooth, where I lead a distributed team across the UK and US. I specialise in building high-performing design functions, partnering closely with product, research and engineering, and embedding design into real product delivery.

I live in Bristol with my wife and dog. When I'm not working I can be found spending time with them, watching a new release at the cinema, trying to handstand or taking my Hyundai i20N on track.
